Evening Line Cook (Part Time)

Twin City Brewing is currently on the lookout for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team as Line Cooks. As a member of our culinary crew, you’ll assist in producing a variety of food from our menu and contribute to crafting delightful dining experiences for our guests.

Whether you’re a seasoned cook or an aspiring culinary enthusiast, this position promises a chance to thrive in a lively and inclusive setting. If you’re eager to collaborate within a dynamic team that prioritizes excellence, camaraderie, and a lively ambiance, we’re eager to connect with you! We offer flexibility in scheduling, with part-time positions available to suit your needs.

Responsibilities of this position include:
● Managing printed tickets and expediting food
● Communicating with Kitchen & FOH team members regarding service
● Assembling food items in preparation for cooking in a conveyor oven
● Cutting, plating, and garnishing dishes
● Collecting and pre-rinsing dishes
● Loading and unloading rack dishwasher
● Refilling Line with prep backups
● Keeping a tidy and organized kitchen even during service
● End-of-night cleaning and closing checklist
● Adhering to sanitary procedures and maintain a temperature log
●Assist with various prep and cleaning tasks during downtimes

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
● FoodSafe certified
● Attentive to details like plating and visual appeal of dishes
● Supportive and positive when interacting with colleagues
● Clean-working, organized, punctual, and reliable
● Able to maintain calm under pressure
● Proactive in their cleaning habits
● Comfortable on their feet for longer periods of time
● Capable of lifting 50 lb safely

Join our Team:
Must be at least 19 years old. Weekend availability is essential for this position. This position includes great perks like staff discounted beer and meals, paid breaks, weekly tip-out, and others. Average compensation (wage + pooled tip-out) for this position is $23 – $26 per hour.

Front-of-House Servers

Twin City Brewing is seeking enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our lounge team. As a TCB Server, you will have the opportunity to share your passion for award-winning beer and joyful food with our diverse and friendly guests.

Whether you’re a beer aficionado or simply enjoy creating memorable dining moments, this role offers a chance to grow in a vibrant and welcoming environment. If you’re excited to be part of a dynamic team that values teamwork, quality, and a fun atmosphere, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities of this position include:
• Operate POS system, take orders, and run food
• Communicate with Kitchen & FOH teams during service
• Handle beer service, including pouring draft beer, growlers, and assembling other beverages
• Clear tables, run glasswasher, and pre-rinse dishes
• Maintain tidy Lounge area during service
• Perform end-of-night cleaning and closing tasks
• Aid in restocking and cleaning during downtime
• Welcome & seat customers warmly
• Accurately take and recommend orders
• Serve food and drinks promptly and attractively
• Keep workspace clean and organized
• Engage customers, share menu and feature info
• Upsell merchandise and discuss promotions or sales
• Handle transactions including use of debit terminals
• Coordinate with kitchen for accurate orders
• Assist in opening and closing procedures

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
• Detail-oriented for item details, customizations, and allergens
• Supportive, positive, and organized team player
• Punctual, reliable, and composed under pressure
• Proactively maintains cleanliness
• Comfortable on feet for extended periods
• 2 years experience in serving
• Basic beer knowledge & passion for craft beer
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Thrives in fast-paced, detail-focused settings
• Flexible schedule, including weekends & evenings
• Exceptional multitasking ability
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing & carrying
• Familiarity with food safety & hygiene practices a plus

Join our Team:
Must be at least 19 years old with a valid Serving-It-Right Certificate. This position includes great perks like staff discounted beer and meals, paid breaks, weekly tip-out, and others. Average compensation (wage + pooled tip-out) for this position is $27 – $30 per hour.

We’ve taken inspiration from a few Peruvian flavours for our latest feature! You probably thought we wouldn’t find a way to reference our favourite charismatic ’80s wrestler and the legendary lost city of the Incans in the same breath. Pfft.

January always feels like a quiet reset. Still win January always feels like a quiet reset. Still winter, but somehow a new season all the same.

We understand why this time of year can feel sleepy, but we’re still here and we’d genuinely love to see you if it’s been a while. The familiar faces at Twin are behind the bar and in the kitchen seven days a week, ready for the kind of low-pressure, casual hangs that January does best.

This month is about touching base. Catching up with your close friends. Sitting at the bar. Bringing the family in. Sharing a pizza. Having one good beer (or a non-alcoholic option) because you feel like it, not because it’s a big night out.

We’re still brewing our core lineup, still working on feature pizzas, sandwiches, salads, soups, and desserts that we’re excited to share, and still shaping this space to be welcoming for work friends, families, and anyone who needs a familiar place to land.

Spring of this year will mark 9 years of Twin City Brewing. That only happens because of a community that continues to find value in what we do. Thank you for being part of that, especially during the quieter months.
