Our Lounge, Kitchen, and Production teams work seamlessly together, creating more than just great products—they cultivate a warm, welcoming environment where everyone feels at home.

The responsibility we have for our community is shared across three teams. The Lounge Team, Kitchen Team, and Production Team. Each group mutually relies on the other and all are equally important to the experience we aim to deliver.

Today is a canning day for us!

Every 2 or 3 weeks, our friends from Valkyrian Canning out of Victoria bring their canning line right to our door and we scramble to get as many cans filled as possible in a short window. 

Today we are shooting to fill over 6,400 cans across 7 different beer types. Here’s a look at what will be fresh, cold, and stocked in our to-go fridge by the end of the day!

With a bit of help from friends at The Salty Woodsman, we are revisiting our poke rice bowl and once again, I can’t stress enough how bonkers crazy-pants good this dish is.

Cubed ahi tuna, citrus ponzu dressing, edamame, papaya, pineapple, red cabbage, cucumber, avocado, sesame seeds, nori flakes, and rice. 

Great for lunch or anytime.

FLYING SAUCER 🛸🌵 One of my own (Aaron 👋) personal FLYING SAUCER 🛸🌵
One of my own (Aaron 👋) personal favourite sours we brew is finally back on the list. FLYING SAUCER is our fruited gose-style sour conditioned on oodles of PRICKLY PEAR. 

To the unfamiliar, these alien-like bright magenta fruits come from a genus of cactus and have a unique flavour similar to watermelon and berries. 

It starts as a golden ale then gets soured with our very own lactobacillus blend. After conditioning on fruit, the result is a uniquely fruit-forward sour that screams patio weather and pours a very fetching blush pink colour.

FORK-MARRY-KILL 💔 Marry Me Chicken is truly a ridi FORK-MARRY-KILL 💔
Marry Me Chicken is truly a ridiculous name for a dish HOWEVER, there is something to be said about the flavours in this pseudo-Italian skillet casserole that we gathered might translate well into a pizza.

We made sure to give it a ridiculous name in the spirit of its inspiration. 

Roasted chicken thighs, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, red onion, parmesan blend, shredded mozza, garlic butter’d crust, creamy parmesan drizzle, fresh basil. 

On as our feature pizza starting. We also have $6 off wing orders today. Give the new honey sriracha sauce a try while you’re at it!
