Our attention to details shines brightest when it comes to our Kitchen’s offerings. A restrained menu keeps us focused on doing things the very best we can with almost all of the components of each dish being created or prepared from scratch.
Our dough goes through a 3-day ferment and rising process that allows yeast to create a deeper and more complex flavor with the right amount of chew. We have a smoker onsite for our Bulgogi Brisket, and we occasionally smoke other ingredients for interesting featured menu items.
Rotating our features allows us to make the food we want to eat while nerding out on seasonal ingredients and captivating flavor combinations.
