We finally decided to brew a Lager! In typical TCB style, we had to it right. This Northern German Pilsner is unfiltered, clean, and refreshingly light. This beer was made with German Pilsner Malt and a classic German Yeast-strain. More hop-forward than a Czech or Bohemian Pilsner, this beer was hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and a touch of the more modern Hallertau Blanc. Lagered for over a month, this beer has a crispy and snappy finish.
