A popular new style, the Brut IPA is exceptionally dry with champagne and white wine-like notes. We’ve enhanced those characteristics by blending in a wild 14 month barrel-aged beer conditioned on white grape must. The result is an effervescent and drinkable IPA with low bitterness, flavours of dehydrated pineapple, grapes, citrus, and finally, a slight wild brett character.
