Get whisked away with this Lacto Sour brewed with Mango and Guava. A light base of Pilsner Malt and Wheat sets the stage for an assertive lemon-like acidity from our house mixed Lactobacillus culture. Finally, a massive dry-hop with Australian Vic Secret and additions of Mango and Guava puree complete the transformation. The result is refreshing and tremendously tropical.
