This “fruity” Lactobacillus-soured ale combines the “lemony” and “citrusy” notes of Yuzu (an East-Asian Citrus fruit that tastes like a mix of Grapefruit, Lemon, and Mandarin Orange) with the “complex” “melon” and “honey” notes of Japanese Sake. Brewed with Pilsner Malt & Wheat, then moderately hopped with Mosaic and Idaho 7 hops.
